An ambitious project to house a multitude of people.

PRADERAS DE SAN LORENZO is a residential project made up of 5.000 single-family houses in the West area of Panama.

Two types of housing were built: one of 67 square meters and the other of 81 square meters.

composed of 2/3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. In addition, covered parking, fine finishes and terrace.
This project was completed in 48 months.

On the Trans-isthmic Way, entering the Cabima entrance located near Ciudad San Lorenzo this residential complex is strategically located near supermarkets, shopping centers, schools, banks and other facilities. It is located in an area with a beautiful almost country natural environment, typical of the Cumbres. 50% of the land is for public use areas, parks and to serve the community.

Surrounded by a natural environment and a lot of vegetation. Large number of parks and sports areas for families recreation.
For this immense social housing complex, only PSM80 single panels were used, while the roof was made of sheet metal.
